Primarily concerned with providing a wide range of products to satisfy the value-driven consumer in its specialized areas. The consumer division proposes products of professional and commercial grade quality. These products are affordable and offer value for money to meet the expectations of the most demanding consumer. Comprised of 2 channels, Al-Dawaa consumer division caters on one hand to hypermarkets, supermarkets, wholesales and Horeca (hotels,
restaurants and catering) and on the other hand, to all pharmacies around the Kingdom. Each channel has its own organizational structure including managers, supervisors and representatives that concentrate solely on their product. Such a separation and specialization allows DMSCO to provide its consumer base with the best products available in the market. Cultural diversity of consumer division team in terms of experience and race adds knowledge, motivation, and innovation to our equation and provides the outcome any retailer expects from us. Merchandising Division
Merchandisers play a key role within organizations. The activity of promoting the sale of goods at retail is the main objective of our 86 Merchandisers covering all the trade channels in the kingdom and available in all the regions including the main cities of the remote areas. They are all equipped with new cars and high level of the merchandising techniques due to their long experience in this field in and outside KSA. Merchandising activities may include display techniques, free samples, on-the-spot demonstration, pricing, shelf talkers, special offers, and other point-of-sale methods. Merchandisers are responsible for ensuring that products appear in the right store at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. This involves working closely with the buying teams to plan shelf stock levels, monitor performance, keep close eyes on the slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary with the coordination of the sales department, and gathering information on customers’ reactions to products.”
Pharma Division

Medical Division
Medical division concentrates mainly on health-care institutions such as hospitals, pharmacies, clinics and other health care establishment to promote products of pharmaceutical nature, medical devices or other items of medical claims. The broad range of quality products offered as well as its highly qualified team, has contributed in gaining the trust and respect of all our customers across the Kingdom. Following ethical ways in promoting our merchandise, our marketers are fully dedicated to apply and follow the marketing plan set by the marketing department for every item.
