DMSCO QMS

DMSCO is currently applying the best Quality Management System (QMS) in line with latest international standards ISO 9001:2008. DMSCO’s quality management system consists of four levels of documentations. On the first level is the quality manual which is a directory to the company’s QMS. The manual is built according to the company’s policy, goals and hierarchy, taking into consideration idiosyncrasies of the operation.

On the second level, the company departments’ procedures descriptions known as the Standard Operations Procedures derive from the quality manual. DMSCO has 18 procedures descriptions covering the different divisions in the company. They describe each process application in a professional and effective manner.
