Training Department’s main objective is to develop and maintain job knowledge and skills of Al-Dawaa pharmacists as well as to provide inductive training to new recruits. Training is geared to meet the increasing public demands for proficient pharmacists, allowing our outlets to provide optimal services through our employees.
