Quality Control

Quality control is continuously applied on each and every operation in DMSCO related to the products and services provided by the company. DMSCO’s internal audit team consisting of more than 18 well trained, highly qualified and internationally certified candidates carry out their assessment systematically based on the international standards. The lead auditor reviews audit reports from different department and takes corrective actions to improve competence and performance.

At the end of the year, top management along department heads assesses all the internal audit reports as well as the efficiency of the applied corrective actions. The annual management review meetings evaluate all documents related to the quality management system. Considered as the most important indicator of effectiveness, the impact of company quality management system on customer satisfaction is regularly reviewed to insure efficient services.
