The Information Technology Department designs network infrastructure, installs and maintains hardware equipment and supports software environment to ensure that computers, network, applications and internet services are efficiently helping the employee carry their workload. The IT Department at DMSCO ensures that staff members are supplied with the information technology tools and infrastructure necessary to carry out their work in the most efficient way possible. The IT department supplies the pharmacies with an excellent point of sale system that manages sales, customer follow up, inventories and sales reports. It groups all the pharmacies under a controlled network of operations. The IT department links the central warehouse in Dammam to all remote warehouses in the kingdom thus establishing a valid inventory and delivery system. IT department provides a wide range of IT services and technical support to over 3000 members, at more than 400 sites of KSA, facilitating communication among all its branches to better serve the Saudi consumer.
